Ruth Olpin is a writer and speaker who brings compassion, personal experience, and a love of learning to her work on grief and healing. After the sudden loss of her husband in 2020, she returned to school and earned a master's degree in counseling. Ruth draws on her background in psychology, her own journey through loss, and the science of the grieving brain to offer hope and understanding to others. Her devotion to the gospel and faith in Jesus Christ are at the heart of all she shares. She has lived in Folsom since 1999, where she raised four children and now delights in her twelve grandchildren.

Scott McKee is a retired California Peace Officer and has been working as a Life Coach and Public Speaker for the last 10 years at outlier Life Coach Services. Cora Chambers can't count the number of times she has been found late in the afternoon still in pajamas, still hard at work on a creative project that drew her in early in the morning. Not one to sit still, she has taken opportunities through Relief Society midweek activities to learn new art forms. Recently, she has sought to learn new art forms from experts. She spends her leisure time putting together stained glass, fused glass, hair bows, and kaleidoscope quilts. She loves the process of learning simply and expanding to the complex and sophisticated. Cora has very little of her work in her home, she would rather that it bring joy to someone else. For Cora, the fascinating part is the creation and it's process and being able to gift her work to others helps draw her even closer to Christ. Cora lives with her husband in the Sacramento area and is a mother to four children, who in turn have given her four grandchildren. She has traveled extensively and has enjoyed the crafts and arts she has encountered throughout the world.

Sharon Colyar was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA. She moved to Utah when she was 18 and quickly met her husband. They have 4 children. After losing her husband to suicide, she put herself out into the dating pool, only to make ALL of the common dating mistakes. After years of research into why, she got her certification in Life Coaching and Relationship Coaching to help others have a better dating experience.
